How do I get my insurance referral?
There are two ways to do this:
You can call our offices and request a referral, or
You can fill out our online form to request a referral, under referrals in the site menu.

When do you expect me to pay my insurance co-pay?
Insurance co-payments are expected at the time of service.

Can my child be seen on weekends and holidays?
Yes. Our Camillus office is open every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. You can call the Camillus ofice to make an appointment.

How long must I wait for an appointment for a sick child?
Sick visits are usually scheduled for the same day that you call, although you can also schedule them a day or two in advance if you want to do so.

How can I get my child's medicines refilled?
